Eczema blisters are not the main symptom of eczema, yet they happen to many people. Here’s an example of what they look like:

The blisters are extremely painful and have a tendency to catch on everything. To treat it, make sure you keep the area clean and dry. Try not to wear any chafing clothing over the area, and cover it liberally with creams such as Eucerin and Cetaphil. Some people also find that natural treatments work, as prescribed in this book. However, always discuss with your doctor what a good remedy for you is.

My infant (under one) has had eczema for most of this year, and the doctor kept trying to prescribe steroidal cream. So I’m surprised your doctor isn’t prescribing anything!

His eczema has responded well to Eucerin twice a day (morning and evening over the entire affected area). My six year old also has it, and his responds well to Aquaphor. Eucerin did not help him for some reason.
